I think some programs require supplemental forms. These are the info pertaining to last year's application cycle (2004).

OMS
Perio
Ortho
Endo
Prostho
Pedo
AEGD
GPR

WHEN the heck are the apps going to be ready?!?! It's already mid-may!!!!!!!! 😱 :scared: :meanie: 😱

E-evals are good enough. Programs get whatever you submit. PASS basically forwards them all this photocopied stuff the program keeps in a file folder with your name on it.

If it matters to you, the recommender could *technically* write more words if you go with the paper version since the e-evaluations are limited to like 300 characters or something like that.

Doggie, its no surprise PASS isn't up yet. Last year it took them till early JULY to get up and running, even though the website had said it would be ready in May. Sucks for those who applied to Ortho at Detroit-Mercy, their deadline was like July 23 or something ridiculously early like that (unless they changed it b/c PASS was so late).
