Electrophysiology Cardiologists

Are electrophysiology cardiologists able to do the tasks done by the other cardiologists? Would they be able to do everything that non-invasive, non-interventional, and interventional cardiologists do? That seems pretty good, but I'm not sure if that's actually the way it is.
