Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, which is located in southern California, has now switched from AOA Emergency Medicine accreditation to ACGME Emergency Medicine accreditation. We are currently accepting emergency medicine resident applications through the ACGME Match on ERAS for the 2018-2019 academic year.
About us:
Level 2 trauma center
We are the only regional burn center
ED Volume: 110,000 patients a year, one of the busiest hospitals in California.
We are a county hospital and have lots of pathology.
Most residents have finished all ACGME required procedures as an intern!
We accept 8 residents per academic year
We are a well established program that switched from an AOA Emergency Medicine program to an ACGME Emergency Medicine program accreditation this year
