EM rotations open to non-current students?

hi everyone, I'm a recent US med school graduate, and want to do an EM rotation to keep clinical skills refresh (am taking a couple of years between medical school and residency). Are there any EM rotations open to recent graduates? I won't have malpractice insurance, but am willing to purchase it.
