I highly doubt if GMC has an email id
91-022-2373 5555 This is their number, though I again highly doubt if anyone would take the call, and even if they did, you'd have to speak in marathi, and they could connect you with the dept you're looking for. Call between 10-1 Indian time, coz thats when the OPDs are working.
Actually I know a Sr Resident at GMC, but then I'm sure he too would have no clue about the email.
