Email from Hopkins-missing LOR??

I received an email from Hopkins last week saying that I was missing my science letters of rec. I contacted my recommenders and they both mailed their letters on July 1st. Does anyone know what I should do? Can I call Hopkins to ask which letter they actually received. I just don't know if they didn' t receive them, or if they don't consider the letter writers "senior" science faculty and I'm afraid I won't be able to find out, considering how "helpful" the phone staff is there. Does anyone have a suggestions?

I have a feeling that email might have been a mistake. I called them today and they actually looked up my file and told me that it was complete and that I should be receiving a confirmation email.

I actually got that email on Monday (8/11). My school mailed out the letter on 8/4 via UPS Next Day Air, so I was just assuming that JHU hasn't put the LOR in my file yet.
