Does anyone know of a hospital that will offer to help pay the tuition of any current employees (emts, paramedics, nurses, PAs, etc.) that decide to go to medical school?

I work for a hospital(system) called Swedish Medical Center(swedish.org). One of my parents works for Providence Health Care System(providence.org).
For swedish you won't find any assistance for medical students specifically, but they do offer up to $2,800 per year for BS/BA, MS/MA, or professional degrees. However, to receive the full amount you have to work full time and commit to 2 years of service following the degree. Working half time would get you a grand total of $1400 per year. Hardly puts a dent in the cost of any professional school. Sadly, they give the most money to those going to school to be radiology techs and nurses going back to school.
I don't know specifics of Providence, but from what I understand the same "catches" exist.
This seems to be the trend among Health Care Systems/Hospitals.
The hospital where I worked as a paramedic gave me a partial scholarship for medical school -- a large amount that was great for debt management. They have offered to pay back all my loans if I agree to practice there. If I don't, then the scholarship was free, and I'm free to go wherever I want. A nice deal actually!
