1. Hold Embrel for X weeks?
2. IV Ancef 30 minutes prior to procedure
3. Keflex 500mg PO 4x/day throughout trial

What's the consensus?

1. Hold Embrel for X weeks?
2. IV Ancef 30 minutes prior to procedure
3. Keflex 500mg PO 4x/day throughout trial

???

1. Enbrel alone --> no need to hold weekly dose.
2. IV Ancef unless allergy then Clinida or Vanc
3. I don't give PO during the trial
