At the end of Telophase I, and I know this was asked before, I understand now that the cell is N, but is the cell 46, N or 23, N?

At the end of Telophase I, and I know this was asked before, I understand now that the cell is N, but is the cell 46, N or 23, N?

If it is N then that means it is haploid. And if we are (Which we are) talking about human cells here then that means 23.
