Endnote Green Journal Obstetrics and Gynecology

I am writing a paper to submit to the Green Journal, Obstetrics and Gynecology and am having trouble with the styles. I downloaded the style listed for the green journal but the references are incorrect, parenthesis instead of small raised numbers (super subscript?). I contacted endnote and they sent me the style for the American Jouranl of Ob/Gyn which is incorrect as well. What have others used? I can't believe I am the first to run across this?
