An obese woman who was in a car crash comes in with a breast lump and enlarged lymph nodes.

Then we have a bunch of questions like what is the diagnosis, etc.

Then there's one "What is the main other pathological lesion which ought to be considered in this case given the history? Outline its pathogenesis and histopathological features."

And I was just wondering what other pathological lesions have a lump in the breast and swellings in the axilla?

I was thinking something like fat necrosis (because she was in a car crash) or benign/tumors or cysts but I didn't think they'd have axillary involvement and also there isn't ONE that stands out to me.
