Just had a quick question regarding ENT fellowships. It seems that fellowships are becomming more and more popular in all of medicine and also ENT. I also have noticed a significant number of ENT jobs that want fellow trained ENTs. Does anyone have an idea if a nonfellow trained ENT will have a more difficult time finding job offers from groups. Thanks
