do enzymes change the rate constant? Im getting mixed facts or so i think

Destroyer has several questions that clearly state that they both DONT and DO.

In gen chem according to arhennius' equation it DOES increase K but in bio enzymes DONT change keq

Keq and rate constant are two different things, aren't they?
Only temp can change Keq.
Enzymes do increase rate constant.

It says on Destroyer, the bio part (#178, 2010 edition):
It tells you that enzymes do NOT change the Keq meaning it does NOT increase or decrease the equilibrium constant because it has NO effect on the concentrations of the products. Thus, enzymes only speed up rxns and lower Ea. ONLY Temperature can change the Keq and rate constant.

anyone?

Always remember that when you see "K" - only temperature can change it. No matter what kind of "K" it is...

Secondly, Rate can be changed by the TEMPERATURE and by the CATALYST.
Enzyme is the catalyst since it speeds up the rxn, therefore, it will change the RATE CONSTANT thus changing the RATE of the RXN.. But it will NOT change the "K" since it can only be changed by TEMP...

Hope that helps..
