I have decided to reveal myself and add to the discussion... I am a sophomore... hello.

This post is not relavent to what everyone is stressing about, but hopefully one day I will be able to empathize with you all.

I was wondering is anyone has ever been a registra in an ER? I am liking the job, even amoungst the mountains of paper and clerical work. I am right in the busy ER with the doctors, I get to wear scrubs, and it is just a really good experience. I wanted to hear someone elses take on it. Did it help during interview/application time? ect.?

What about a scribe? I have heard of those who want to go to medical school having that job.

Just wondering. Thanks for the incite and good luck to everyone.

Sophmore in college or high school?

Any job that give's you enough exposure to the health care environment and something to talk about, I would think would help you during the application/interview cycle. There isn't one specific job that will do that.
