Is it true that if a program has downloaded your photo from eras that you will get an interview. I heard this from someone and thought someone here might know. I know that I read somewhere that programs were not able see you photo unless they offered you an interview.

Everyone's photo is downloaded, but your picture can't be accessed until the program director marks your file for interview. Can this be circumvented? Sure, but I would guess most programs a) don't have enough computer saavy to do it, or b) are run by decent human beings who wouldn't think of a thing.
