This may be a ridiculous question, but is it important to list high school activities (significant ones relevent to the medical field) when filling out the eras application? My specific situation is that I have very few medical school activities and this would obviously add some bulk to the cv. At the same time, I don't want it to appear that I am "padding" the application. Thanks in advance for your help.

I would certainly avoid putting HS activities into a professional application, which is what your ERAS is. Hopefully you have done enough in the interim, college & med school, to not feel compelled to reach back into your childhood for significant contributions? You are applying for a job, a professional position, in the "real world". High school is not the real world...
