ERAS help--incomplete section?

Hi! I'm hoping to certify and submit my ERAS application. However, in the licensure section it says that it is "incomplete". For the life of me, I cannot figure out what the incomplete part is because, to me, it looks like I have answered all of the required questions. Anyone else run into this? Any suggestions for troubleshooting? Thank you!
