ERAS Letter of Recommendation - Timing Question

Hello everyone. I am a US-IMG currently applying for residency. Any input here is appreciated, but please state whether you are an AMG, US-IMG, or a FMG as this may affect your answer.

I am wondering if anyone knows how long it is currently taking for your LoRs to be released by ERAS-ECFMG after they are uploaded? So far by talking with other students it seems to be taking between 2-3 business days for a LoR to be released after being uploaded. ERAS-ECFMG says this process can take 1-2 weeks, but I have not seen anyone's letter take more than 3 business days.

I am asking so that I will know a realistic deadline to tell my letter writers when to submit the LoR by. Anyone have any input?

US - IMG here - so far my letters have ranged between 3-5 business days to process. this is time from when they upload to ERAS to when ECFMG releases the letter.
