eras 'work experience' question

i am filling out my eras app now and i'm confused on what to include in the work experience section. i know to put relevant medical or research jobs in there but what about the crappy, non-prestigious jobs that you have around college?

for example, i did activities for a nursing home and was a writing tutor before med school. put those in or leave out?

clearly the years manning the snack shack at my local pool in high school is not a keeper... but where to draw the line?
