Errors on First Application Help

Now that i am filling out the App for the second time I have found NUMEROUS errors on my first App. For example I classified 3 science classes as non science the first time around. I have fixed the mistakes but I beleive it will drastically effect my science GPA in the postive direction. Will medical schools see the mistakes from last year? I am in a graduate program now so my undergrad gpa's should be the same as last year but now they are different what should I do?
