I responded to a comment you made to dvdrv31 a few days ago and haven't received a reply so I thought I'd give it another try. You mentioned at UK students still receive credit if their patients don't pay and they don't have to schedule their patient's appointments. What are Louisville's policies on these issues? Is it one of the schools where you do not receive credit if your patient doesn't pay? Just a little concerned. Thanks for any info. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Hi, sorry, I haven't looked back at that other post.

According to students I have talked to, UofL is one of the schools where you don't receive credit for a procedure if the patient does not pay. To my knowledge, this is the way it is at the vast majority of dental schools. Check your school's bulletin for precise info. and fine print (they should send one with your acceptance materials).

I personally don't think this is anything to be overly concerned about, especially at UofL b/c they have a moderately-sized class and a large patient pool.

Hope this helps. Good luck with your decision!
