I was looking for some good toics to discuss when this comes up in interviews. I'm kind of tired of the typical abortion, stem-cell, right-to-die topics, so if you have any other good ones I'd appreciate hearing about them. Thanks.

Also, does anyone know if the remaining interviews at Tufts and Ohio State are for waitlist spots or possibly immediate acceptances?

possible topics:

- resident workload compromising quality of care
- drug companies influencing medical decisions

anyone care to add more?

As an addendum to the resident question:
- How has resident life improved?
- What about GME programs applying for, and receiving, permission to raise their hours (i.e., what was the point of the legislation if things are going to go back to the way they were?)
- If the coverage of current residents will be less, then how do we support the hiring of more residents?
