EU doctor in UK?

Hi
Since this is my first post, a lil bit about me;
Im a medical student in (Poznan) Poland from Norway. 2nd year now, so still lots to learn

Now, direct to my question:
Is anybody familiar with the process of acquiring a job as a physician from EU country in UK?
So far from what Ive understood, you have to apply for a approval from GMC and then find a hospital/job where you do 2 foundation years right?
But does it also apply for those who dont have visa for UK? Or do you automatically get a visa after 2 foundation years?:S

So doctors from EU countries dont need to take the PLAB right?
Does anybody know someone who took this route?
