If by st. louis you mean slu, that is probably not a "reach" for you; though nothing is guaranteed when it comes to med school admissions. Doesnt rush have an implicit requirement where you have to have a really high amount of volunteering/community service? You might want to check that before applying to rush.

Also as a IL resident is there any particular reason why you are doing downstate?

Stats:
MCAT: 516 (126/132/129/129)
cGPA: 3.75
sGPA: 3.64
IL Resident
Traditional Applicant, ORM

Research: about 1200 hrs in college research labs, 2 summer research internships, one abstract presentation

Clinical Volunteering: 150 hrs at local hospital
Shadowing: 40 hrs pelvic surgery, 30 hrs Family medicine, 40 hrs ER
Non-clinical volunteering: President of healthcare/volunteer related college org, UNICEF (100 hrs), food bank (60 hrs)
Extracurricular activities: Some basic leadership positions in college orgs, Freshman mentor
Employment history: College magazine editorial board, tutor (on-campus)

School List:

University of IL, Rush, SIU, Rosalind Franklin, Quinnipiac, Loyola, Beaumont, W Michigan U, C Michigan U, Medical college of WI, Ohio State U, U of Toledo, Creighton, Indiana, U of Iowa, Emory, Pittsburgh, Dartmouth, Hofstra, Rochester, SUNY Downstate

Reaches: Case Western, U of Michigan, U of Cincinnati, Boston U, Virginia, Einstein, Jefferson, USC Keck, St. Louis

High Reaches: Duke, Mayo, Northwestern, UChicago, UPenn
It's a decent list. Suggest deleting SUNY-DS, SIU (unless you;re from southern IL), U IA,

ADD: more volunteering hours...yours are rather cookie cutter.
ADD: U Miami
