it just makes me start to doubt everything I thought I knew..i'm not sure why. It just gets me more confused...and yea..nervous. Does anyone else feel that way? Am i going crazy? I can't look at those threads any more.

You're not alone. I don't know the answers to most of the specific questions off the top of my head, and I scored very high on the actual MCAT. People here focus too much on details and memorization; most of the passages just require a basic understanding so you can integrate the details they give you. So don't let these threads get you down.
