firstly - can someone help me pick which books woud be best for me?

I do need something which provides thorough information as well as just good review tests etc - I've not done any science for a while and need to brush up on it as well as practicising. I'm thinking either Examkrackers, or TPR.... also, sorry for a very dumb question, but where can I buy princeton review books from? I can only find info on the course itself on the TPR website..... and I also found this

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t...bs_b_2_1/104-7111912-7103924?v=glance&s=books

on Amazon, and this

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t...bs_b_2_2/104-7111912-7103924?v=glance&s=books

and a book of practice tests

but they're so cheap/ unavailable that I'm sure they can't be the main book/books people use to prepare, and which come recommended on here.

thanks for any advice!

I cant recommend which set of books would be beat for you...I have the EK books and just purchased TPR books yesterday...havent started to study yet

If you are going to buy the princeton review, look on ebay or in the for sale/advertisements on this site for a set of 'princeton review hyperlearning' books....they will be the books used in the princeton review class.

I love the EK books & got them all - 5th edition. There is a 6th edition coming out this month but you could probably get the 5th and save money. I'd like to get the PR books but I think they only come w/the course.

For Course books, you have to get them from someone who's taken the course. They don't sell their coursebooks over the counter otherwise, I'm sure they'd lose a lot of business.

Actually, the ironic thing is that the 2 practice tests available in the book they sell at B&N is nothing more then passages from various other materials such as the in class compendium. I know this because I flipped through it. Ok I gotta go. I'll give more on this when I get out of class.
