Are most exams in your D-school so far straightforward or tricky (like undergraduate years just to meet bell curve)?
Depends on the class. Most here are very straightfoward, you know it or you don't.
Biochem they brought in this new guy who make everything so convulated. You could know it and still fail.
in dental school, it's not that the exams are tough and thought provoking. Most are very straight forward. It's the sheer amount of material that really gets to you. In dental school, 1 month worth of material is probably equivalent to what you learn in 1 whole semester of college (or at least it feels that way) When they throw a ton of stuff for you to memorize (especially anatomy) it becomes pretty difficult to remember things.
If we took biochem, human anatomy, histology in college already before coming to D-school, then it should be easier right?
If they cram that much material in few days...by the time you have to take the first board, will you be able to recall all the earlier stuff? When is your 1st board by the way?
