We have two outstanding Neurology opportunities in Washington and Texas.
TEXAS
Doctors Hospital of Laredo/UHS are currently recruiting for a Neurologist to join the community. This is a solo-hospital sponsored opportunity. Hospital has an interest in developing a Certified Stroke Center and this new physician would be an integral part of the process. Currently there is one Neurologist on staff and call would be 1:2. Hospital is offering a generous package, including income guarantee, sign on and relocation and malpractice.
Facility highlights include:
· 180 licensed beds
· Level III Trauma Center
· Over 18,000 emergency department visits each year
· Over 525 employees, including nearly 140 RNs
· Active medical staff of 164, including 80 active staff members
· Centers of emphasis include: Cancer, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Womens Health, Dialysis.
WASHINGTON
UHS/Auburn Regional Medical Center is assisting a busy neurology practice in the recruitment of a Neurology or Vascular Neurologist. This busy practice was established in 2006 and addresses all aspects of neurological disease. Choose your hours and your practice options include: Clinic, hospital and/or telemedicine. The practice offer full service ICAVL certified vascular ultrasound lab including TCD (transcranial Doppler).
There is also portable onsite Neurologica Ceretom CT scanner with CTA and CTP abilities. Telemedicine capabilities from home, office and remote for covering hospitals are available. Onsite services include physical therapy and rehabilitation and neurosurgical clinics. Excellent compensation and benefit package. Candidates should BC/BE with some experience. All candidates must be Washington licensed or be able to obtain Washington license.
Auburn Regional Medical Center is a 162-bed acute care hospital South King and North Pierce counties since 1921. We are a thriving community hospital, proud to offer the "high-tech" advantages of a big-city hospital and the personalized care of a hometown provider.
Centrally situated, Auburn also serves as an ideal gateway to other regional attractions. A quick 30 minute drive has visitors enjoying everything Seattle has to offer, including Pike Place Market, the Space Needle and the Seattle Art Museum. Tacoma, with its fascinating Art, Glass and History museums, is only a 20 minute drive away, and a day at Mount Rainier, Crystal Mountain or Snoqualmie Ski Area is easily doable
