Experimental Procedure Questions

I am working through TBR CBTs, and it seems that in every one, there is at least one entire passage devoted to a laboratory procedure, whether elution, TLC, GC (or my personal favorite, gel filtration using different types of beads with different properties), where I have to know something specific about the procedure to get the question correct.

Is there some compilation of all the necessary laboratory procedures to know? I've done many of them in labs at school, but not all, and I have looked in my content books and on here.
