Expert on EM Billing?

During my interviews, one person had mentioned this person who is in charge of the EMRA something-something for EM billing, and is apparently the foremost expert on EM billing who has published millions of papers on the subject, owns three billing companies, etc...

Now, I dont remember his name - any help?
