Expiring Dantrolene- Donation to Non-US Clinic Possible?

A surgery center director asked if expiring Dantrolene can be donated to clinics or hospitals outside the US? Since MH is so rare, I would be surprised if hospitals in Haiti or some African or South American locations would stock it due to its cost (of course it may only be expensive in the US). Anyone know of a location they could donate Dantrolene? Dantrolene in a powder form will last a lifetime. We are well aware the expiration dates are non-sensical as has been shown in many studies of other medications.

If unable, do a drill as if you had a real MH episode, practice reconstituting with the stuff on your cart to make sure that you have everything that you need and to familiarize yourself on how laborious the process is.
