Hi everyone. I am a medical graduate from India and was curious about two different points of interest. I would really appreciate any feed back.
First, can anyone out there direct me to Externship opportunities in the United States. I am specifically interested in Internal Medicine.
Second, a requirement for application is a Dean's Letter. I am in the United States currently and although I have my recommendation letters it seems the Dean's letter is mailed directly from the dean's office. I am not sure whether my dean even knows he has to write these letters or where to mail them. This question is particularly for those people who are currently involved in the match or have already matched. Is it necessary for FMGs to include this in the application along with other recommendation letters and if so how do we go about this anyway?
Again thanks for reading this and for any feedback that you can give. Really appreciate any advice. 😳
