FA CK or FA for Medicine

Which book is better for board studying? For these particular topics, I want to stick to one book....Medicine seems to have more detail than CK, but is it unnecessary and is CK sufficient?

1st aid for ck and usmleworld are all you really need. i guess this kind of depends on how you did on your shelf exams and how far into 4th year you take ck. i did read crush step 2 also and quit reading it after a few days. i ended up doing better than step 1. i took the exam in early november of year 4.

unfortunately, our school doesn't require shelf exams, so i'm on my own...but i'm guessing i should just stick with FA CK. thanks for your advice, and if anyone else has any input, please let me know. thanks!
