does anyone know whether med schools see any of your senior year grades(first or second semester)?? any help is much appreciated by this junior. thanks.

When your accepted to a med school they want a final transcript from your college before you begin as a med student. So they do eventually see your senior year grades.

Some schools will ask for an updated transcript in January after fall grades during the application process. I think all schools need to see your completed transcript if you have yet to finish the degree before you apply.
if you're waitlisted anywhere, they may want to see your spring semester senior year grades.
most will see your fall semester, especially if you send an update letter.
