FAFSA school code for University of Colorado SOM?

Anyone know it? I can't find it on FAFSA as they only list the downtown school.

The document I found says the denver campus is the correct code:

2007-08 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Complete it at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. If you don’t have a PIN for the FAFSA, apply for one at www.pin.ed.gov. Be sure to list UCDHSC Downtown Denver Campus school code 006740. After the FAFSA is processed, you will receive a Student Aid Report (SAR) from the FAFSA processor. Review it for accuracy and additional requirements. If it states that more documents are required, provide them to our office. (See step 2)

Yet on the UCHSC website it says 004508 (http://www.uchsc.edu/finaid/howtoapply.php). so if I were you I would call sean spellman and ask for the correct code. Then please report back to us. Thanks!​

From the handout I got at the interview:

"The UCDHSC FAFSA institution code is 004508; if you use the old UCD code, your application will be denied."
