Failed MA MPJE... No responses from pcshq!!

I failed MA MPJE... Right after I saw "Failed", I booked a new MA MPJE through NABP website.

After that, I sent couple e-mails to Professional Credential Services about things that I need to do to re-apply for ATT (responsible for processing ATT and MA Licensure issues...).But I had no single reply from them..

Should I wait a month and then start to apply for ATT or what..

Please help!! Thanks
