Are those GPAs including the time you failed it the first time around? Because AMCAS is going to take the average of the two grades when calculating your "official" GPAs. Also, your MCAT will be a major determining factor in figuring out how competitive you are.
You redeemed yourself by repeating the Orgo course and mastering the material. Your overall GPA is fine (assuming both grades are factored in). Whether you have a chance or not hinges on your MCAT score now.
