What do you guys think? Most of us are in the foreign country, studying our butts off. Some of us have our families with us. A wife, a child, maybe a parent. I am wondering what is your opinion of the significance of the presence of the relatives near you. Pro's and Con's.
I personaly think it helps a great deal, unless the situation in the family becomes quite tense. Then you stuck. Aside from worries at school, you got stuff poured at you at home. But also having a family with you limits your off-time contact with fellow, unmarried students.
