ALways thought I would work in the clinic, then after finishing an ED rotation I think I would like to work in the ED for a couple of years, after that not sure. I have been told it's not hard to find jobs if your willing to commute about an hour outside most cities, especially in the midwest. I have no problem with this, any opinions on the matter?

FP work in ER all the time (I do). Not sure where the hour commute is coming from? Seems odd to me. Of course, the smaller the hospital, the more likely they will work FP in the ER.
