Family friend child psychiatry programs?

I don't want to disclose where I'm doing residency but our child psych program has excellent faculty and is truly family friendly. I don't think its necessarily a light residency or easy schedule but not overburdensome either. The biggest thing is that the program directed and other faculty are very understanding that fellows have personal lives. Are there any other programs, preferably in an average or low cost of living area that have similar approaches to work life balance?
