Hello. Is there anyone who started residency at a new program? Pros? Cons? Debating on whether to rank the new program I like #1 or rank a very well established program #1. Any help would be appreciated.

Might be best to ask in the FM part of the website. But generally I think when it comes to FM the first thing you want to look for is an "unopposed" program where FM is the only residency game in town, or will you have to fight with IM, Peds, and Ob/Gyn for you in-patient time and patients.
