What's the starting salary for a FM doctor in California (fresh out of residency)? What should I be expecting? Are there signing bonuses? Anyone know anything about Kaiser's salary and their system? Thanks!

Kaiser pretty much dictates what FP gets paid. Nor cal gets around $260 to start and a $20k signing bonus (or something along those lines).
So cal is around $240k. Minimal signing bonus.

But...you have to work for Kaiser :)

Thanks so much for this info, almost sounds too good to be true. Do you happen to know the salary range for fellowship trained sports Fm guys?

Anyone has idea of Hoag’s pay? How does it compare to working for Kaiser?

265k starting salary and 150k sign on bonus that is actually a forgiveable loan after 7 years of work, plus 10k relocation, pension, 401k, free medical insurance.

What's wrong with Kaiser? Just an incoming M1, I don't know any better...
