Family Practice Shelf questions

For anybody who has taken the Family Practice Shelf: What sources did you use for questions to help prepare? I looked at the shelf sticky and saw a few people used the questions on familypractice.com. I've done about 300 or so of the questions on there and for the most part have found them to be easy with the exception of questions dealing with OB and new borns. Does anyone know if these questions are good prep for the shelf or should I look for a different question source?
