Fastest way to get from Albany to NYMC? (Any native upstate New Yorkers know?)

What is the best way to get from Albany to NYMC? How far apart are they anyway? I was going to ask the schools but I just wanted to have a feeling for it before I called them.

Take the Greyhound bus. There was a <a href="http://www.studentdoctor.net/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=006144" target="_blank">thread about this</a> a while back when I was asking the same question. Some people favored Amtrak. Greyhound is faster and cheaper.
