Anyone thinking about going to Tulane just for Mardi Gras. I've been accepted and wasn't sure if that alone would be worth going there.

I don't know if Mardi Gras alone should tip the scales. Standford is a good school, so you should only pass it up for the right reasons, like crawfish poboys and mufaletta sandwiches. Truly, sandwiches are the standard by which schools are judged.
