vasectomy!

just kidding guys :p , i think i'll go with sonicator cuz it's just sounds like a really cool weapon to non-science people.

Someone: So what are you up to today?

Me: I was just going to clean the sonicator.

Someone: You plan out days to clean your toothbrush?

ok, maybe not a REALLY cool weapon.

Corpus Cavernosum

Kinda sounds like it should be a word that describes cave diving.....

and at the same time... it kinda is about cave diving.

floccularnodular.

Say it three times fast. Then take a shot for every time you don't say it right. Then look up what it controls in your brain.

And yes, I'll (giggle) go there:

There is no question: splanchnic. And to an earlier poster, there are other meatuses than the penile one, the internal and external auditory meatuses, for example.

I'm going to name my first son Axon Hillock. He's going to become a rock star, most likely lead guitar. How can you not with a name like that?

"Son of Sevenless" and "Bride of Sevenless"
these are two proteins involved in the formation of eye color in Drosophila. I've always liked these names

I second Gubernaculum (sp?) another good one is palatovaginal canal. They are holes in the palatine bone. So it always makes me think dirty thoughts about putting those two places of two different people close together.

It's a toss-up:

ankylosing spondylitis (so rhythmic!), or

pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis (so unpronounceable!)

and for a pun: "hematopoietic justice"

Also a favorite: PNAS, as in Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, often pronounced, "pee-nass"
