I'm planning to apply next cycle but would appreciate any feedback on my current school list.

Basic Info
  • cGPA/sGPA: 3.99/3.98 (top 5 public school)
  • MCAT: 520 (131 C/P; 126 CARS; 131 B/B; 132 P/S)
  • Michigan resident, Asian
  • Graduated 2016
  • Research: 2 years in undergrad culminating in a thesis (but no publications yet); 2-year NIH post-bac starting in August (potential for publications obviously)
  • Volunteering: 40 hours in nursing home (clinical); 20 hours helping Detroit high school students with college planning/apps/testing (through student org); 25 hours tutoring orgo (non-paid); planning on getting some more clinical volunteering experience in the next year
  • Shadowing: None yet; planning to get at least 30-40 hours in the next year
  • ECs: 200 hours leading science study groups through my University, 100+ hours writing for, editing for, and ultimately assuming leadership position for national undergraduate science journal
School List (MD)

  • U-Michigan
  • Michigan State
  • Wayne State
  • Harvard
  • Hopkins
  • Wash. U.
  • Yale
  • Columbia
  • NYU
  • Cornell
  • Mt. Sinai
  • Einstein
  • Georgetown
  • U-Penn
  • U-Chicago
  • U-Pitt
  • Northwestern
  • Boston U.
  • UVA
  • Case Western
The only state schools I left out are far undershoots where I don't believe I would even receive an interview (already worried about yield protection from Wayne and MSU). I would appreciate any feedback on my list. I took my MCAT in 2015, so I want to get in this next cycle for sure, otherwise I might need to retake the test due to expiration at many schools. s
