I am filling out the Feinberg secondary, and one statement jumped out at me:
If your institution does not participate in Virtual Evals, the electronic transmittal service for letters of recommendation, then you need to submit your letter(s) in paper form.

Does this mean that they do not accept Interfolio?

I would not interpret it that way, but best thing you can do is call the school. Noone here can give you a definite answer unless they called about it.

I have called Northwestern to verify this very question and to the best of my knowledge, Interfolio is acceptable. If you're still paranoid, call them and find out.
