fellowship in germany/france/netherland

hello
can any one tell me which school is offering the pathology fellowship..
me from india.. and i completed my MD pathology from india. and now iwanted to do further study perticularly fellowhsiph about one year or sooo in histocytopathology or even transfustion medicion..
can some one help me out.

Holland is really good for pathology. Maastricht has a really good department...You might have to do some extra exams however. But you should just contact head of pathology in Holland....would help o learn Dutch too. Although most Dutch speak English!
