I am heading into LECOM's 3 year pharmacy program starting Fall 2017 and need 1-2 roommates for a 4 bedroom house (extra bedroom will be an office space). Less than a mile from the school and in a very nice neighborhood. Rent would be $425 per person (utilities included). House has a good size living room, an updated kitchen with an add on dining room. Has both central heat and AC for the warm summer months. Move in could be as soon as June so let me know if your interested!
